How do your prices compare?
A. We house a large stock and often ship within 24 hours. Sometimes we might not have what you need, but we can make and ship it within a few days.
Q. Can you manufacture special tools?
A. Yes we are able to make top quality specials. We can manufacture them to your specs or we can try to help you decide what you need.
Q. Can I get a tool in a longer shank?
A. Yes. We make the burs in a standard 2 inch the burs also come in 3",4" and 6" shanks. It all depends on what the customer needs.
Q. How soon can I get my order?
A. Stock items can be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3pm. If the order is not in stock it should go out within the week, often sooner.
Q. What bur would be best for a certain job?
A. It depends on the job. This question is best answered by one of our representatives because of the variety of bur shapes and the different material they are used on. All of this plays a role in the choice of the bur.
Q. Do you do regrinds (resharpening) ?
A. Yes. We have one of the quickest turnarounds when it comes to regrinds. Our prices are very competitive and the finished products is top qualitity. If there are any burs that can't be sharpened they will be returned as scrap.
